Refund Policy
At Life’s Canvas Clothing Co., your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, here’s everything you need to know about our refund and return process.
Eligibility for Returns
You can return your item within 30 days of delivery if it meets these conditions:
- Unworn and unused, and in the same condition as received
- With original tags and packaging
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation)
Please Note: Due to our Print-on-Demand (POD) process, we cannot accept returns based on a change of mind. Items made especially for you cannot be returned for reasons such as:
- Changing your mind about color, style, or size
- No longer want the item
When We Accept Returns
We accept returns only for items that are:
- Faulty or damaged

Incorrectly fulfilled. "Incorrect" is defined as:
- Wrong size: If the size received is not the one specified in the order
- Wrong color: If the color received is different from what was ordered
- Wrong product: If the item received is not the one that was ordered (e.g., a different design, style, or type of apparel)
- Missing items: If any part of your order is missing or incomplete
Items Not Eligible for Returns
Returns are not accepted for:
- Sale or discounted items
- Items damaged or missing parts not due to our error
- Returns after 30 days of delivery
- Downloadable goods or gift cards
- Gift Cards (non-refundable) Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable. Once a gift card is purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged for cash or credit.
- Custom Orders: Items made to your custom specifications, including personalized designs, cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty or damaged. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 30 days with photographic evidence to request a refund or exchange. The photograph is for our records and to help us track the issue.
How to Request a Return or Refund
- Contact us at support@lifescanvasclothingco.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Prepare your return by clearly writing the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number we provide on your shipping label.
- Ship your return to the provided return address using a trackable shipping method when possible.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility and will be deducted from your refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Return Shipping & Responsibility
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.
- Use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance to ensure safe delivery.
- Life’s Canvas Clothing Co. is not liable for lost returns without tracking.
- Life’s Canvas Clothing Co. is not responsible for returns that are lost in transit or not received at our facility.
- If a return is sent without tracking or if we do not receive it, Life’s Canvas Clothing Co. cannot process a refund or exchange.
- If you choose not to use a trackable service, you do so at your own risk. In the case that a return is lost, Life’s Canvas Clothing Co. will not be able to provide a refund or exchange.
Refund Process
- After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
- If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card provider.
Exchanges
- For exchanges, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.
- Damaged or faulty items may be exchanged for the same product.

Out of Stock or Discontinued Items
If a returned item is out of stock or discontinued, we will:
- Refund your original payment in full if replacement is not possible, or
- Offer an alternative product of equal or lesser value.
Gift Returns
- Gift returns receive a gift credit for the returned item's value.
- Refunds for non-gift purchases go to the original buyer.
